The call details are text data and some individuals have 6 or 7 calls.

Show all records for individual in columns

I am trying to group calls made to individuals in distinct columns. Each record has the individual's identifier and details about the call. Can I create a report that shows me the individual then the details about the calls with each column being a new call? Identifier------> Call 1-----> Call...

Assigning a value in a query if a null is returned

I am having trouble with my database. I have a query that has all of the values assigned to certain items in the database. However some items do not have a value assigned to them. Currently when the query is run, items with no value assigned show as a blank. I would like to replace that...

How to remove "Activate Windows" WaterMark?

Windows 10 is designed to notice when you make major changes in hardware. Minor changes, like a new graphics card, it is supposed to ignore. It is to prevent piracy they say. You will have to contact Microsoft about it. I installed a new mother board in my system and had to install a new copy...

    WiFi repeater

There are lots of different devices like this on the market. Some are better than others. I personally prefer powerline adapters and older routers to fill in the dead spots but I seem to fry them out after a bit. Currently I use a 1200AC TPLink repeater that works quite well. The repeaters...

    University Bribery Scandal

I have worked at every level of education, middle school (jr-high, if you are older) to college. Admins rarely know what the underlings are doing. College admins are mainly figure heads for fundraising and interfacing with the board. The coaches that sold their scholarship slots for cash...

    Query with partial information

I have used this in most of my forms as a way to get results. However I did find that it is rather broad in what it lets through. For example, I have a form that has job descriptions. If I search for something like "driver" of which I have 4 types, it will spit back all 4, not just the one job...

ODBC vs. Sharepoint - which is faster?

Just as a point of record, Microsoft says that Office 365 doesn't support publishing a database to Sharepoint. My manager had me look into this for a database we developed but because of the combination of software (Office365/2016/2010) in our organization and other reasons (security being one...

    Yes/No combo box returns True/False

I have a combo box that is bound to a Yes/No field in the table it is referencing. Everything works as it should, however the combo box displays True/False instead of Yes/No. How do I make the combo box show me Yes/No? :banghead: Thanks!

    Urgent help in query

I still think Gasman and I are correct. Criteria needs to be set to only match the combo box selection. It is a very easy process.

    Urgent help in query

You need to set the criteria for the query to only pull the data that matches the combo box field. Something likeLike [Forms]![CompanyForm]![c-code] Have you set the query to only pull unique records?

Viewing RAW files in Access - codec ?

How many slides are you converting to put in your database? I have a 70D and don't use RAW often, because the size of the file is so large (24-25 MB). My concern is that with storing a RAW image and possibly a smaller JPG, you will have a massive database. Just out of curiosity, why aren't...

    Outlook is being a booger

Start with Minty's suggestion of deleting the profiles. Are you keeping the mail in a pst or are you leaving it on the server and using imap? If you are using imap, make sure you have the username and password for both the incoming server and outgoing server.
