Yeah no i've done that, the records are each well under half the page and i've even tested making them incredibly small but they still fit 1 per page

I want to be able to print 2 of these reports (attached) on one page I have made the reports able to fit side by side on a landscape page but i cant find anywhere to make them appear next to each other rather than a whole page for each record.

I can't really share any of that just because of the information on the db sorry, but i am right in setting the report's record source to the query, then on the report having all the field's control sources be the fields in the query?

Yes my report is based on the query im quite sure, the criteria i use for one of the query fields is: Like "*" & [Forms]![Search CAD]![Text0] & "*" so it filters the query based on what i write in the forms input box, then opens both the query and the report but yeah the report jsut shows...
