Today is 5thJan05. Why does Access think it is week 2? and how can i tell it that it is in fact week 1, which it actually is.
I am using this in a query to provide a list of week numbers from a drop down box; the user then selects a week and clicks on whichever report they want to see...

This quote above is my query; why week 53? the last week of the year is 52, but my queries are returning week 53 followed by week 2...

I need some sort of Union Join for 2 query results; What i need (and cant get) is this:
I have 2 queries:

fred 5
colin 2
tom 0
paul 3
query 2

fred 3

harold 2

and the result i need is:
user reca recb
fred 5 3
colin 2 0...
well i cant. ive been looking everywhere and all i can find is Rich repeatedly writing 'search the archives' 'search the archives' etc for some magic article explaining references.
Please provide a link because i have been searching for an hour and can find nothing...

Ok this is going to sound strange but..
One day our Time Recording System was fine. The next day the Access provided Calendar function used in the time recording form shows "Name?" and debug errs out claiming invalid use of period or ! (err 2447 i think).
So i reset the references after...
Thanks Pat; i also found UNION in help and had a first crack at the UNION query; i got it to work but it just appended one set of data to the bottom of the next..
So next i'll look at the grouping by and/or removal of duplicates bit...

When constructing a query you have those fields listed on the left: FIELD, TABLE, SORT, SHOW, CRITERIA etc.
How do i make TOTAL appear...?
