Can anyone tell me how to automatically generate the date that a record was updated into a field and to save that date to a table. When I do it, it always shows the current date rather than the date that the record was updated. Thanks Rose

Yes, I do want to select several values from a list box on a form. I would then like those values to be displayed in the table that sits behind the form. I know a bit of VBA so I can probably muddle through. I would really appreciate it if you could send me your example. Many Thanks Rose
