    Mail Merge problem 2

    Hi, When executing a mail merge routine (tools>combine with MSWord), the resulting mails don´t appear in the output tray in Outlook, even when it is the soft appointed for the task. Seems it doesn´t find Outlook, though there aren´t any error messages appearing. Where can the problem be? Thank you!

    hi everybody, Every time I try to execute a mail merge (through tools>combine with MSWord), appears an alert telling me that Norton AV has detected a Script, and that it will be aborted. How can I avoid that? Thank you!
