I have created a form that I want to share with other people. They will never add or change any of the data - they will only use the form as an information source. I need to be able to access the database to add/change information. What is the best way to do this?

Sorry - that would be #2 that I am needing a solution to. I've searched the forum and came accross a handful of other posts about the same issue. I'm having a hard time with some of the coding - if I keep working at it I'm sure I'll get it (eventually).
