ListBox for Report Hi MStef, I used your example (which worked great) but I'm still having one little problem that I don't seem to be able to resolve. I'm getting a mismatch in query field. I realize its my ID it's looking for but I'm don't know how to make it look for the description name...

How do I get Units:[timeout] - [timein] to update the field "Units" in the table the query is pulling from? The calulations work fine but its not updating the underlining table with the values. How can I get it to save the values to the table? Thanks for any help, D.

I have built lots of Access databases but never used macro's. What is the best way to start learning this in's and out's of Marco's. Thanks, D
