    "C:\Master Achiever Program\Debt Projector\DebtProjector.mdb" /wrkgrp "C:\Master Achiever Program\map.mdw" looks like you forgot a space between the .mdb and /wrkgrp and the part after /wrkgrp should be in quotes, AFAIK
