Hi looking for a bit of advice...i am trying to do a mail merge from an access db but it will only do 19 pages of merge which is about 200 names and addresses compared to the 2,500 names and addresses in the database. Is this a limitation on mail merge? Is there a way I can get round this...

No sorry the field is in another table..it was all working before but after conversion up to access 2003 it does not list the other properties..thanks again for your patience..Williebear
