I want to produce a report which gives the number of each of six possible values in a single field in a table. I dont see how to do this - I assume it involves the Count. Any help with this trivially simple query gratefully received. Sebastian

More help needed I fear

Simple query from an amateur. I have a list of people in a table, each with thier email address. How can I convert this into a list of addresses to paste into a group email? (Ideally with ";" as a separator between addresses)
