Thanks I now have a main form that has links to either complete or not complete workorders

I do have A checkbox for complete My problem is I do not understand how to create the query and initiate it to open the form.

I have a Maintenance work order form I would like to filter out completed records so when the form is open it will only show workorders that need to be copleted and also a way to view all the workorders that are complete Thanks
