:confused: Thanks Paul, I do have another question: I want to be able to list the bulk price and unit price associated with the product name I selected. Help? Once I get that populated..what's the best way to then change the prices and get them to update to the table correctly? Thanks

Sorry my attachment wasn't working. Here is a snapshot of my form. I'd like to select a Vendor name, then get all the products associated with that vendor to populate the Product Box, which from there the user will select the product and enter in the new prices.
