Yes, i know that, but i was trying to understand what they already have. whether they are currently working with a single form and want to change to a continuous one, or whether they already have set it to be continuous. need to know where to start from. that was all.

have you tried editing the form you create with the wizard? In the past, i have found that through editing a form myself, i have accidently made my report print over two pages. This could work in your favour in this case. When you have made your form using the wizard to get the basic outline...

Have you tried changing the number of characters for the field in the Table Design view? Its usually set at 50, but you can alter it. Although if you are going to be typing alot, I would take Kidrobot's advice and change the field to a Memo rather than a general Text Box. :)

The Product field is within another form as this is where it is more suited. Therefore, should i put the pk of the table it is in (CustomerID)? And where would i put: [forms]![formname].[comboboxname] ? In the query or the form?
