I don't think that would be a problem as in the telephone number field there are no spaces, just a string of 10 numbers

Hi Ray, The deletion does need to be automatic, or, rather than bringing the duplicates back then deleting them, only bringing back the first instance of a unique telephone number in the field when the query is ran and ignoring any duplicate values.
