    I have a Long report that I want to export to HTML. When I do this, It breaks the report up into several pages with links to the Next and Previous pages. I then have to merge all these pages and delete the links. How can I export directly to a single HTML page?

    Using Info from Previous Line in Report

    I have a report having to do with a span between cities. The problem I am having is getting the report to automatically show the span. line 1 will show City_A followed by other info. Line 2 will show City B , Line 2 City C , etc... I would like the Second line to show 'City A to City B'...

    Retrieving data from previous line in report

    I have a report that includes info on spans between cities. I need a way to have the ending city from the 1st line, in the report, become the beginning city for the 2nd line and so on. I know I could add another field in the Table, but, I hope I can achieve this in the report instead.

    #num!

    How do I keep ' #num! ' from showing up in my reports when figuring Percentages. It shows up when there is a 'divide by zero' situation. I would prefer to see a zero or empty field instead. [This message has been edited by lnoles (edited 12-28-1999).]

    Update Table Field from Form calculation

    I have an input form with fields that ask for Hours and Minutes. I then take the input and calculate Hours and Tenths. It looks good on the form, but, when I go back and look at the table, the calculated value is not there. What am I doing wrong?

    Calculated Fields

    Whenever I add a calculated field in my report, I get a dialog box asking me to 'Enter Parameter Value' when I open the report. I am using query results in my calculations. =[QueryName]![CountOfType] Any Suggestions?
