    I have hit a total blank. When you run a query for blank fields i.e. "is null" or "". It will return all the records with no data in the selected field... basically i want the opposite to that. I want to search for any records that have data in...and leavoe out the blank ones. Any idea...

    Thanks for all comments so far. I am trying to create a junction table, as you were rightin saying that many people can do many events on many different dates. Can anyone shed any more light on this? I have created the relationships, but do i need to create a form for all this data now...
