well man i don understand u with that 0 normal form but i know that the 1st one is about : i must not duplicate data within the same row in a table ; after that i must c8 separate tables for the related data and set primary keys.

i am not sure.... i really don understand all these things..i am trying to learn it from some guides.... but it sucks :D
