Thanks for your replies I am using 2007. Whenever i embed a form i have already created to add records it just shows as a white box, not the form that i tried to add.

Hi, This definitely seems the way to go. The only problem is when i embed a form, it is ok for showing previous edits, but is there a way i can actually use an embedded form to input the comments too? Cheers
