I know...I tried it but it didn't work. I imported everything except the table and form and then created a new switchboard but again the table is fine, whilst nothing is showing on the form.

Thanks for the suggestions but I tried this already. You have to delete the form as well as the table - and when I create the new switchboard, I get the error "there are no items for this switchboard page"...which there are in the table. Thanks for the very fast response... B

Hi - beginner here so no laughing... I created a switchboard for my db and it was all working fine until I decided to group some of the functions in design view in a different place; then the switchboard items disappeared when I switched to view. I tried to change it back but no joy, so...
