O.K. Point taken. The old OS is still there on my main drive and I have been able to retrieve everything else from it.

Hi, I had a PC crash recently and I had to re-install my op' system XP, on a new disc partition. I installed all my files sucessfully, however, I cannot find the location of my database created in Access, in my prog files. Can anyone help me find these or are they gone forever? Pete
