    I am only a noob Pat but on my test project, i ended up creating 3 forms to make things easier for people. One form for viewing records (View), one for editing (Edit) and one for adding (Add) new records. That way users easily could view, edit and add records

    Thanks Bob. I think it was creating a DSN on all users machines was turning me off using an accdb version. I have test queries saved through SSMS. Can i still use these through link version or do i need to create them again on client side. Sorry for the questions, i am just trying to get my head...

    Is there away to maximise a form on load to cover the complete screen. I have managed to turn off the ribbon and can hide the sidebars etc. but is there a way to make the form completely fill the screen.
