Thank you David. For some reason I thought I was giving the query the selection criteria in that area...not what should go on the input box.

I have the report and query set up and it's working fine. What I want to do is modified the information shown on the inputbox so the user will understand what data I'm asking them for. The criteria listed in the query is what shows in the Enter Parameter Value box which is: Forms!frmproj!ID...
