That is a lot of partitions!
As far as servers disk setup there are a ton of different ways. This also depend on how important your data is. I say look into RAIDS, but you can't do a raid. I say set folders and not partition based on your saved/served data but more one the lines of system...
The only way I can see is to take the path that it is saving (shared path) and rework it to input the server path (\\server\whatever). While having a condition there to check if it is the mapper drive on your computer (ex S:\).
If X Then
wPos = InStr(szPath, Chr(0))...
Well really don't know on that.. but only one way to find out..hehe. I can see a problem with quotes.. so might have to switch to single quotes around to 'font-size:40px'
In design view.. you should be able to bring up your Propety Sheet (F4) and go to the "other" tab. The first property at the top has a field call "Pop Up" and you can choose 'yes' or 'no'.

Post #2 and #4 has a good explanation of the on open and on load. This should help on what you want to do.
I just looked at your DB and your code behind (VBA).It looks like your DoCmd.Maximize is a Sub Click() event on one of your text boxes.
Try adding this if you have not already.
Also try setting you Pop Up to "yes".
Private Sub Form_Load()
DoCmd.Maximize
End Sub
I would try to putting some <div></div> in there to help sort it a bit. Also it is east to do anything style once you have something wrapping the text.
ex.
<div style="font-size:40px"><p> Text here </p></div>
My stuff was just an example.. your going to have to replace the "ID= " & Me.[ID] to the field and table you want to match up based on your form and tables.
Have you try doing the calculations with on click event? Like make a button and do some code behind.
ex.
Private Sub Command_Click()
Me.Textbox = Me.OptionGroup1.Value + Me.OptionGroup2.Value
End Sub
Just shooting Ideas out there...
