I tried to install the repair of Access 2007 in Windows 7 and that did not fix the problem. I installed Access 2007 in the XP Mode of Windows 7 and the database works fine. I suspect that Windows 7 running Access 2007 or Access 2010 with databases created in earlier versions has some issues.
