This happens for me to my find/replace dialog in Visual Basic. It is just partly on screen, luckily, so I can drag it fully on screen again, to use it, and as soon as click "find", or "replace", the dialog shoots back to almost off my screen. Naturally, we cannot go into the design view of this...
