Ok, I copied and pasted the form. Then I went in and did an SQL (even tho there is just one table). And now it works. Still not sure how that happens, but at least the form works.

I will check the source for the #name?. I am only using one table for all of the data, that's why it's confusing me. *edited to add that the source is the field from the drop down for the table the form is based on. So now I am still confused. :(
