Hi I would like to be able to assign specific employee to specific shift. like for example: assign Employee A to either morning or evening shifts but not night. I don't know if this can be done through a query or using macro. I would appreciate if you can help me on this. I attached the file.

How can I add multiple conditions in docmd.runsql. I think since the current code is not updating tblshiftdetail based on tblvoidDate, multiple conditions are required within the docmd.runsql. I have tried to figure it out by searching the net but couldn't. any help??
