Unhappy Button for adding a record in a different table (after update)

Hey everyone!

I tried looking for the solution from within previous posts but couldn't find any! so i'm sorry if this might be a double post from someone else.

Anyways my issue is as follows:

I have a new "job" form and in it, i have a field called "Contact Name" this field is a drop down menu linked to a table of contacts i have already set up.
Now my issue is that if i have a new contact to be added, i want to add it directly using a button in the new job form that opens up a "new contact" form (already setup), i'll fill it up and it will be available in the drop down menu.

I know it's an after update thing, but i can't figure how it's made.
