Will the moderators at tonight's presidential debate ask the candidates if they stand with the Hong Kong protestors, or do they stand Mainland China?

We know their stance on guns and illegal aliens, what about freedom of speech or freedom period? I have my suspicions, what say you?

I have given up trying to predict what those lunatics will try to do. I'll wait and find a few news reports to tell me who said what.

One of the moderators did mention china, no candidates responded. Predictable.
I'm sorry but hating Trump might not be enough to win a presidential election. There's really nothing that separates this field, except maybe mayor Pete.

Edit: Tulsi Gabbard is a good person. But the dems will destroy her, like they did with the bern.

One could hope that a moderate candidate might emerge from all of this. The "socialized services" crowd always forgets the greatest weakness of socialism - that it fails when they run out of someone else's money to spend.

Also no questions from the moderators about climate change? Huh, weird since climate change could extinct all life on this planet in less then 12 years. I guess they just didn't want to talk about it with a national audience. The Dems hate Trump more then they love the planet. Shocking, not!

LGBT took a backseat along with Hong Kong and Climate!

oops almost forgot the Q! like the Dems last night.

An unrecognized "winner" in the debate was Turkey. The Democrats were quick to foam at the mouth to blame Trump for the Turkish attacks on Kurds in Syria. Trump made a mistake by withdrawing US troops, but it was Turkey that initiated aggressive military action against the Kurds. Turkey also has a history of genocide against ethnic minorities. Turkey invaded Cypress in 1974. The failure of the Democratic candidates to mention Turkey as the aggressor shows that they have little knowledge and understanding of the Middle East.

Its very strange how the left is outraged about the Kurds being seemingly abandoned in this endless policing effort. Yet having nothing to say about the fight for Hong Kong, the world seem content on abandoning them.

My guess is the Kurds have no money, and China has billions to silence their partners like the NBA.

A film clip showed the protestors in Hong Kong waiving the American flag as a symbol of liberty. Yet, in the US, we have major beneficiaries of our liberties condemning the US as an evil place and showing disrespect for our country, like Kaepernick. If the likes of Kaepernick are committed to liberty, they should go to Hong Kong to help the protestors out.

(PS: Kaepernick is free to make his appalling prostrations, but he should to be aware that the Chinese, Kurds, and Venezuelans would never be allowed to do what he is getting away with. Additionally, as a past member of a US team, he should just have play ball and keep his mouth shut on the playing field. He was being paid to play ball, not politics. If Kaepernick is "free" to make political statements at work, what is to stop a Walmart employees from doing the same?)

Tucker Carlson had an excellent editorial concerning the Kurds. Basically, he noted how the US political establishment is all outraged that US forces pulled back which allowed Turkey to invade Syria, yet these very same politicians have no outrage concerning the "invasion" of illegal immigrants from Central America and Mexico. Carlson went on to post footage of fighting in Culiacán, Mexico. Carslon's point, the political establishment is concerned about protecting the Syrian (Turkish/Kurdish) border but not the southern US border.

The failed arrest of El Chapo’s son turned a Mexican city into an urban war zone.

Freedom period? What's that? Freedom for a limited time or a women's thing they're banging on about.
