Good evening,

I'm very much a beginner and when at work I struggle when we encounter issues and the software consultants get involved. I understand it's their software, but it would be good for me to understand the logic and hopefully helps in both ways.

I'm hoping I can get some assistance from individuals who do have that knowledge and willing to share.

I'm from the UK and work in local government, thanks.

After reading some of the help areas, I'm not sure I'm on the correct forum as I'm not using access, but wasn't sure if there was other sections that could help....

It's possible, a lot of people here use multiple languages. When you post make sure to specify the language/program you need help with.
