Exporting Information With The Mail Wizard in a Spreadsheet Format

Howdy! Would anyone know if there is a way to utilize the Mail wizard to export a table, with being filtered email associations like in the wizard, but still keeping the Spreadsheet format of a table? it seems as though the wizard send it out in a record blob format which groups each individual record into a table, which is ineffective for emails with multiple records.
