Get data from website into Access 2013 (1 Viewer)

I have a temperature sensor that outputs one piece of data every 5 minutes to the following url: 192.168.7.151/temp What would be the easiest way to pull this piece of data into Access 2013 and store it in a table? Any help would be greatly appreciated

I suspect this isn't going to be easy. http://www.ozgrid.com/forum/showthread.php?t=184695 contains some code the does some parsing. It's for excel but it might get you started.
