A report that shows a single record (1 Viewer)

I have a letter template that I have created using the format of a report. I am wondering if it is possible to create a command whereby I could push a button to bring up a letter with the details of the single record I am currently viewing ?

When accessing the front end of a single record I want to add a command button that would pull the data (name and address from the CustomerInfo - The main table) from the single record and automate into the report format.

I have created a form but it pulls all records not just the specific record I'm in. I'm very new to this having been given the task over looking after a db previously written by someone else so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Apply filter criteria in DoCmd.OpenReport method. Google or Bing search should give you some tutorials.

Might want to study an introductory book to learn basics.
