matching 2 item codes from 2 tables ?? (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

We have a list of unique numbers on our database and then someone comes to do audit with what should be the same as ours so looking for a way that when we import their list it looks at ours and shows any queries for missing or extra items ?

The code is the unique number we check
where the location of the item is i.e bay1, bay2,bay3 etc

SK3214564 bay1 sav-10265

Their list comes to me via excel so i would import ?

So just wondering is there a way to have 2 tables with same fields
then cross match them ?

This would then flag up if they have a part that we dont an vice versa ?
