Question Bypass Switchboard

I have just gotten Windows7 on my computer and am having trouble accessing my database to update a form layout. The database is designed to open on a switchboard. I have used the control key short cut, hold the control key down when opening the file, for so long, that I do not remember how else to bypass the switch board. I have found that my new computer is not allowing me to use the short cut.

Can someone please let me know how I can bypass the switchboard and get into my database to make modifications?

Re: Bypass Switchboard

It isn't the Control Key, it is the SHIFT key.
