Ravi,

You really need to start with the basics and some basic debugging.
Getting everyone to write/amend your code for you is not going to help you much.

I have just downloaded your db and it is not evident where you are emailing?

You have to tell people how to replicate your problem.
I cannot even find the word attach in any of the code.

Well I tend to start with Google. What we did before that came along I cannot remember. I do have an Access 2007 for Dummies book, but rarely look at it after reading it like a novel.

Normally Google will give me something to start with.
Another user has just posted for something similar and I mentioned the Similar Threads links at the bottom of this page.

Where in the DB is the code you amended from the link DB posted?, as I mentioned I could not even find the word attach which I would have thought would be used in the code?

Re: Two reports as attachment

Ravi,
You are not accepting PMs, so I have to post here.

Please do not take my post in your thread of attachments as a personal insult.
It is just that you really will not help yourself if everyone is prepared to write the code for you.

I am not that experienced, so cannot knock up code off the top of my head. I google for what I am looking for and then amend, and that way I have learnt more and more of Access.

Now when I want to do something, like email data, I look to see where I have done this previously, Copy the code and amend it. The beauty of this however, is that I *understand* the code, as I amended it in the first place.

dear sir ,
I am very sorry I was not able see your messages as I was busy in office work, really I didn't took it as insult .
I also know that always sending databases to write the code is not usable in long time.
hence I have also started reading access vba book to increase my knowledge about the same.
I really appreciate your concern.
Thank you so much for everything again.
