exporting to word (1 Viewer)

exporting to word seems to lose the formatting is there any way to retain the formatting?

e.g. the color of label boxes etc???

The only way I've been able to make this work is to create a mail merge template in Word and use an Access query to populate it. It's a royal pain but it does work.
