Here's a knotty problem.
I have a small database which runs on my machine with full Access installed.
The database also runs on another machine as a runtime database. Until recently, all worked fine.
I then installed copies of another program (ESRI ArcGIS) which seems to install some VBA dll's and stuff onto the machines (it's developemnt language is VBA).
Now the database on my machine with full version of Access still works but the version on the runtime machine will not recognise button clicks or seemingly any other click event. No error message or anything, the button clicks and releases but nothing happens. Some code which runs on the initial forms (which has the buttons on) OnOpen event opens does function.
The standard answer here seems to be to check references but I can't do that for a runtime database. I'm guessing that the installation of ArcMap overwrites an Access dll but how can I tell which one? I've re-installed and registered all the obvious ones.
Any suggestions are much appreciated
