Now I've got your attention - I know it's "editable," not edible ;)

I have a survey set, with questions in the following form. I want to squeeze the entire question into a single multivalue field. This would be easy if it were only Question-Yes/No. I need the number and the text alongside it however, and for practical purposes I need to be able to do it inline, on the datasheet.

Q1
Question - Yes/No - quantity - comments
Question - Yes/No - quantity - comments
Question - Yes/No - quantity - comments

Q2
Question - Yes/No - quantity - comments
Question - Yes/No - quantity - comments

Are ComboBoxes able to handle this function, or will I need to create an entirely new plugin? If they are, how can I do it?

I know I could just create a new relationship for every question like this, and use seperate forms to type it in, but it sounds messy and it would take me fifty times longer to enter the data I have. Opinions would be greatly appreciated.

PS - "Question" is the column, not a field inside it. The fields are yn/quantity/comments.
