Hello, i have a location, where we have two wireless routers. One in each building(buildings are next to each other). Is there away to so that when the employees walk from one building to the other it will automatically connect to the wireless with the stronger signal?

We have a cisco router and a linksys access point.

AFAIK unless you have a system set up specifically for "handing off" of signals that it can't be done.

Do you mean with laptops? Cell phones? What is "it" in the sentence...

Is there away to so that when the employees walk from one building to the other it will automatically connect to the wireless with the stronger signal?

Sorry, yes laptops

If they are both set up to automatically connect on the laptops, the laptop should automatically determine the stronger signal and connect to the appropriate connection when in range. The problem you will have is that if they are not quite out of signal after connecting to one and then moving to the other building, the laptop won't know it needs to look for the strong signal, it'll still be connected to the first one.
