importing excel spreadsheet with links into access 2010 (1 Viewer)

I have access and excel 2010, I made a spreadsheet in excel that linked a document to each line, the code I used was:
=HYPERLINK("F:\County\Digital\01445\00" &D & ".001.tif","Link")

now when I uploaded it into access the links no longer work, what do I need to do? I have over 30,000 lines in excel, where some of the lines link to the same doc. It was easy in excel but do not know how to get it into access, without doing it manually line by line! Help!!
