I am trying to export a report to excel and keep the report layout as well .
Unfortunately the excel is stepped.
The report fits into an A4 page while excel doesn't.

Is there any way someone could export report to excel
and look exactly the same ? header footer ?

Do you mean that the report is stepped; and when it is transferred to excel it is also stepped; but takes up too much room so it won't fit on an A4 sheet of paper?

No,
the report has a page header, report header, footer
and records that belong to two different (related) tables.
All these fit to a A4 width.
When I export this report to excel, it doesn't look the same,
i see the same information pieces however data is "stepped".

If I export to pdf is perfect. In excel no.

How are you exporting the report? And can you perhaps show us a screenshot of the differences?

You have tried several export methods but we don't know which ones? Can you please elaborate on this.

By the way, do you want to it in the same format as one of the girls in your screenshot? ;)

Oups ... these girls, xmmm I just saw it, I didn't do anything... believe me

No, in my report , no girls

Methods I have used, exporttospreadshet, output to, use the export data tab, all gave the same result, the report in excel is not the same as in report or export pdf

Ha, those pesky inline ads!

Your report is too complex to preserve formatting. You will need to create an Excel template that contains all the relevant formatting then export the raw data to it. By raw data I mean the results from queries.
