Retrieve values into same form but different textbox (1 Viewer)

Hello everyone, would like to ask how to retrieve data from table into the same form but difference textbox.

Example;

Textbox 1 TextBox 2

ID : 1 ID: 1
Color: Blue Color: Black

Select the table, then press the create form button. The new Form created will be based on the table and will have all of the fields in the table as text boxes (mostly) ...

Your example is not clear. Can you show us a picture ?

For example,
Currently, I am able to retrieve the data from my table and fill in the field in form, but I would like my data to fill multiple similar field in the form with difference data.
Example 1 Example 2
ID: 1 ID: 2
PO: 1234 PO: 1234
Color: Black Color: Pink

If you moved the second set of data below the first you have a continuous form.
