Dears,
I have searched so much on the topic but can't get the Privacy Option in MS Access 2016 hidden. I am trying the following now:
Created a Table called "USysRibbons" with two Fields "RibbonName" and "RibbonXML". I named RibbonName as Default and in RibbonXML I have entered the following XML:
<customUI xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/2009/07/customui">
<ribbon startFromScratch="false"></ribbon>
<backstage>
<button idMSo="ApplicationPrivacyOptionsDialog" visible="false"/>
</backstage>
</customsUI>
I closed the database, selected Default as Ribbon Name, closed the database again, reopen it and the PrivacyOptions button still shows up...
I aslo tried with "ApplicaitonOptionsDialog" instead but won't work...
Can anyone help me on this matter please?
