Updating Excel From Access (1 Viewer)

updating excel from access

I am very much a novice, no VBA ETC.
I am using Office XP.

I have an Excel Worksheet setup and also an Access Database. I would like to update the Excel Worksheet from the information displayed on a form.

Is this possible?

Reason for edit: Text all in capitals.

Yes, it is possible, but a little more information is needed. The easiest way is to link the spreadsheet to the db but this has its disadvantages. An example of your db, spreadsheet and what exactly you'd like to do would be useful.

The database is a curling boking system. we have 5 sheets of curling nights and open 3 nights per week. i enter whoever books it into the database then print out the excel sheet and expand it to A3 and put it on the rink wall to let others see it.
