My IT guy just loaded Office 2010 on my computer at work. An Access 1-page report that I use many times daily now prints out on 2 pages but the second one only has the header and footer on it. How do I eliminate the 2nd page?
This is the report in design view. This should be a 3-page report but it spits out pg 4 which is blank except for the header and footer info. It also spits out a second page when it should be a 1-page report.

Check your visible area. If you have your workspace dragged way down or right then it assumes that you're intending on that blank space to be visible. Tighten up your workspace by dragging the visible area in closer or expand your margins to include the larger size. I had the same problem on reports and this is nearly always the cause.
Additional idea: Check your page settings. Sometimes they can get reset or changed inadvertantly and will cause the reports to not display correctly.
