My db tracks job numbers and who is in them. I have a form with a job number and two options; the 'owner' of the role (substantive occupant) and the 'current' occupant (if someone is on leave, or acting in a second role). I have a cbo to a query based on tblPeople to get the occupant's names, I have created two queries, one for the cboCurrent and one for cboSubstantive. My problem is, when I select one cbo, the other automatically changes to the same name, even though their control source is pointed to its own qry (current to qryCurrent and substantive to qrySubstantive).
What did I do wrong?
