30 cap limit on repeated forms?

when i change a form so that instead of single form its multiple forms it seems to only want display 30 instead of the 62 that exist. is there a quick fix this?

if not is there a way to make it display the next 30?

as now it says "record 30 of 62" when it gets to the bottom of the form... ;/

any help is much appreaciated ta. <3

Have a look at the properties of the form and see if the scroll bars are set to horizontal, vertical, both or none. My feeling it will be set to none, not allowing you to scroll down through the records.

As a side thought, can you scroll through the records by using the record navigation buttons?

hi, nope... i have the vertical scroll bar on, and i can scroll through the records, but when it reaches 30 it stops... scrollbox is at the bottom of the bar even though it says "record 30 of 62" in the tooltip :/
and yeh i can use record navigators to go through them all but i really need to be able to view all of them at the same time

for example its like:
1/1/05 rent gas elec
1/2/05 rent gas elec
1/3/04 rent gas elec
...
all the way to 2007++

i might just need to change the form view to spreadsheet instead for it to work :/
