This would be equivalent to hiring some guy down the street to do your kitchen remodel instead of a real contractor. Then blaming the crappy job on the guys toolbox instead of his skills.
So instead of

Should have read

Access gets such a bad rap and it is idiots like this that keep pushing the "word". I read about 15 responses and they were all agreeing, that tipped the scale.
