Access 2000 Forms Min Max Button & VBA

I have the following properties for a form set as follows: Control Box set to “No”, Min Max Buttons set to “None” and Close Button set to “No”. When I add the VBA coding of “DoCmd.Maximize” to the form’s open event the RESTORE button shows. How can I prevent this?
